Hello, I’m Meg Reichert

Holistic Health Coach and Personal Trainer. I help women and families achieve their wellness and health goals. I believe in focusing on behavioral change and education instead of dieting and food restriction.

  • Bio

    After graduating with her master’s degree in mental health, Meg became somewhat disillusioned to the views of mental health in society and the overabundance of medication that is given out to adults and children. Looking for a way to not only manage her own anxiety but to get healthier, she fell in love with fitness and nutrition.

    Not happy with the media’s and society’s approach and language to describe women’s health and wellness around food, she started to research different nutrition approaches and experimenting with her own personal health. As her passions bloomed, so did her desire to combine her skills as a mental health therapist with nutrition through the world of health coaching.

    Meg now works with women and families to improve their wellness and health in the way that fits them best. Refusing to conform to a specific mold, Meg prefers to work with her clients to help them find a method that works best for their lifestyle through behavioral change instead of a strict regimen.
