  • 1 slice Whole Wheat Bread
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Pinch Salt + Pepper
  • 1 Sprinkle Everything But the Bagel Seasoning


  • Toast Bread
  • Heat a skillet to low-medium heat. Crack the egg and cook for a few minutes until the egg is cooked to your liking.
  • Mash Avocado and spread over toast
  • Add the egg on top of the avocado toast
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and everything but the bagel seasoning
