  • 2 Lbs apples, peeled and cored
  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 2 Cups Water
  • 2 Cups Steel Cut Oats
  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt

Instructions
 

  • Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray
  • Spray the slow cooker with cooking spray
  • Serve hot. Garnish with nuts, seeds, cinnamon or fruit if desired
  • Optional to use Instant Pot for 4 minutes and allow to release naturally
